Today there are many exciting tools that make it easy to live stream not only events but business meetings with teams and individuals. Live Streaming includes both audio such as live phone teleconferences or Podcasts and live video.
This past Sunday, March 22nd, our church used YouTube to run a pre-recorded version of our Sunday church service. Our tech team used the ‘Schedule video publish time’ feature so the video was launched at 9:30am.
To schedule a video to go public, upload it as “Private” and use the “Schedule as public” option. Then, you can set the date, time, and time zone that you want your video to be published. The video will stay private until the scheduled time. Read More Here @Google

You can also use a video software program like ManyCam to live stream to multiple outlets at one time. I’ve used this to live stream to both YouTube and Facebook live while Podcasting live. This software gives you tools to operate like a small scale TV studio. You can have multiple presets with still images, recorded videos, input live Skype videos and setup lower-thirds with names of your presenters and website URLS.
All of this can be embedded on a WordPress website page with simple tools that can be added to your WordPress website. That is another reason why I love WordPress. Click on the image below to visit my Sample Live Stream Page that has one of the NASA live streams running.
